Dear Bay Shore-Brightwaters Community,
As you are aware, a trial brought against the Bay Shore School 91制片厂 under the Child Victims Act commenced on October 24, 2024, at Suffolk County Supreme Court. Following the liability phase of the trial, the jury found the 91制片厂 liable. The case will now proceed to the damages phase on November 1, 2024.
