Paul Saccoccio, one of the owners of The Pizzeria visited the Virtual Enterprise International (VE) class at Bay Shore High School to talk business. Paul spoke about his beginnings at his father's pizzeria, and how he loved the comradery and community feeling working at the pizzeria afforded him. Students asked questions about financing, scaling operations, and human resource management.
