Second Grade Supply List
Dear Families,
Welcome back!! You are about to enter the wonderful world of second grade and experience many new adventures. Here is a generic list of supplies that your child will need to start the year. You will also receive a personalized list from your child’s teacher in September.
- Large Backpack
- Sneakers for DAILY gym
- 2 Thick plastic folders with pockets (not paper)
- 2 Marble notebooks
- Pencil Box
(Please place the following supplies in your child’s pencil box)
- 24 Sharpened pencils
- 1 Small pencil sharpener
- 2 Erasers
- 1 Box of 24 Crayola crayons
- 1 Scissor
- 4 Glue sticks
- 2 Highlighters
- 4 Skinny black dry erase markers AND an eraser
- Colored pencils and/or colored markers
Optional Classroom Donations
- 2 Boxes of Clorox/Lysol wipes
- 24 Sharpened pencils
- 1 Box of Gallon-size Ziploc bags
- 1 Box of Quart-size Ziploc bags
- Earbuds or headphones for Chromebooks
- 1 Tissue Box
