Arrival and Dismissal Procedures - YMCA
Arrival: 8:45 a.m.
Dismissal: 2:45 p.m.
If possible, for the safety of the children, have your child ready in the back passenger side to exit via valet. Tag your child’s backpack!
Late arrivals: You will need to call the cell phone number on the gate and an aide will bring your child inside.
Early dismissals: If possible, notify the teacher in advance. An aide will walk your child outside.
Late dismissals: If you are running late to pick your child up you must call.
If you are picking your child up early or late, do not leave a voicemail. Contact the cell phone number first and if there is no answer, call the main office.
